Munoz named store manager of Cleveland McCoy’s Building Supply
CLEVELAND, Texas–McCoy’s Building Supply announced today the appointment of Joe Munoz as the Store Manager of its store located at 1000 Hwy 59 South.
“I’m looking forward to bringing my experience to the Cleveland community,” Munoz says. “My current plans for the store include increasing inventory levels. I am committed to providing the Cleveland market with the products they need, and I want to make sure our core products are always in stock.”
When asked about future plans for the store Munoz says the focus is simple.
“I want McCoy’s to be the number one place to shop for building materials in Cleveland,” Munoz says. “We already have an extensive product selection in place today, and if you don’t see it, we can order it. Our Specials Orders system is better than ever, and there’s not much that we can’t locate for you.”
He goes on to add that the Cleveland community can expect a superior shopping experience when they visit his store.
“Customer service is key to running a successful business,” Munoz says. “I’ve got a lot of knowledgeable people working with me, and they know how to best serve our customers. This team comes with a lot of experience and tenure.”
Munoz himself has a 10-year history in the building supply industry, working as store manager at McCoy’s Pearland location since 2005.
McCoy’s Regional Manager Ronnie Byrd welcomes the opportunity of working with an experienced manager like Munoz.
“I am excited about Joe’s broad spectrum of experience in the retail building supply industry," Byrd says. "He is a hands-on manager and will make sure that our operation in Cleveland is top notch.
