This chime is named for the stormy blue planet first observed through a telescope in 1846. Neptune is the eighth planet from the sun. In Roman mythology, Neptune was the god of the sea, an apt name a planet with the nickname of the "Blue Giant". This chime is designed and handcrafted for great musical performance. It is hand-tuned to a universal, pentatonic (five note) scale and acts in concert with the wind to create random patterns of wonderful sound.
